Extension 

Conducts extension crop management technology development and information delivery programs in cooperation with extension and research faculty. Facilitates the adaptation and adoption of technology for sustained, efficient, and profitable production of quality products. Advises, informs and educates Washington county extension agents.

Research

Conduct a field-based variety testing program for cereal grains, grain legumes and other relevant crops.  The WSU Variety Testing Program was initiated in 1955 at Washington State University and serves as the primary mechanism for release of WSU varieties. Conducts a research program in cereal and rapeseed crop management which investigates crop management practices for efficient and economical grower practices.
